Net Monitor is a free plugin that works with the True Launch Bar application and allows you to control network connections. Net Monitor can show the network utilization graph, it can play sound when you create new connection or disconnected and it shows many parameters of connection like bytes received and sent, bytes received and sent per second, connection speed and IP address.
